Can some recomend my a hoppy blonde ale kit ? I like Joules Blonde and Robinsons Dizzy blonde and am after somthing tasting similar Further research tells I think it's the Amarillo Hop taste and smell that's doing it for me. I would be happy having a go at dry hopping a kit the get the results...

So got my brew on today, can any one tell me if the oak chips (saw dust) will sink to the bottom? As I usually bottle straight from fv as it has a tap on the bottom. This has never been a problem before but there's a lot of floating saw dust in this particular brew.

Hi folks Bottling my Coopers Blonde last night brewed to 23l with brew enhancer 1 And left in the primary for 2 weeks Had a quick taste as you do very watery with hardly any taste will this change with conditioning ??????

Ok, so I primed my bandit for two weeks and conditioned in the garage for a couple weeks. Thought I would try a sample, put one in the fridge overnight and it's got a bad case of chill haze. My question is, if I put the rest of the brew in the fridge for a couple of weeks I'm told the chill...

16 days got home from work today quick look under the lid and the krausen has dropped :D bring on the bottling Saturday morning

Did it just drop or did you have to syphon around it?

Advice please Guys Been 2 weeks and krausen has still not fallen is this normal for a wheat beer?

I usually use 2 tsp for Beer 3 for Lager But I suppose it's all down to how fizzy you like your brew
