    Flat larger

    Hi I left a larger kit in FV2 to clear for about 3 weeks then moved it to a pressure barrel with sugar to prime however this lot is as flat as a pancake, can I add a small amount of yeast to restart the secondary fermentation or is there anything else i can do to add some fix to my flat beer.

    Fizzy red wine

    Hi guys, new to the site. I think I made a mistake on my first 30 bottle kit of red wine and didn't degas the wine well enough before bottling resulting in corks firing out. Can I put the bottled wine back in the bucket and add restat yeast and then degass and bottle again.
