:thumb: Loving all of these, I have a Black Isle Glass at home that I usually use after my Maisels Weiss Glass broke on transport from Germany (years ago) I replaced it with a Tripel Karmeleit Glass which broke about 6 months ago. Since then I've been having to ... *holds back tears* ...

Any advice on what we can do with an old chest freezer and an old fridge also greatly appreciated.

We are about to do our Third Brew. We chilled previous brews in a bathtub with ice. There is an old chest freezer and an old fridge (which we don't have yet) which we are thinking of converting into something more appropriate to help with the process for future brews. For now we just have the...

We also noticed the maxing out at 92, common sense prevailed with the boiling at least, that's where the thermometer mistrust began. I traipsed around 2 different towns looking for a glass one to back up the electric one I had on order, couldn't find one, so will order one online for next brew...

Going to be fun I reckon, i'm not all that keen on the orange peel/ grapefruit element but we'll see what we end up doing on the night. We've been swaying back and forth on the idea. :D

Yeah I think the next one will involve a little less :drunk:. I think it went much better than expected (so far) for a first attempt. We'll for sure post on here for advice with the next brew. :D Thanks for the advice so far guys.

Just started brewing with a Friend and while I look for a new house (and in order to stop his Mrs from killing him for brewing indoors at his) we are looking for tips on brewing outdoors or (more than likely because we live in Scotland) in a shed or garage. We have done one brew, all grain...

Ezra's Cohort/ secondary brewer here. He's actually left off about 3 beers from the list we drank. To say we were on our way by the mid point would be putting it lightly. Glad it may still work out. Cheers for getting back so quickly. Great site.
