Not bothered about the contents but I'd like to know what is going on with the two sachets. I also have Wilko beer finings but that is only single sachet.

Can someone help? I have a two part finings from Wilko with a sachet of 'A finings' and a sachet of 'B finings' that must be added an hour after the first. My question is what exactly is in the A and the B? The B I think is chitosin?

I have heard that my turbo yeast brew's flavour will improve with charcoal filtration. Does anybody know if I can use a Brita water filter jug to achieve this? James
