    Bottle early or leave in fv for 3 weeks?

    Hello I started a kit one week today not thinking I'm going on holiday on Saturday for a week. Am I best to just leave it in the fv or bottle before the two weeks is up? I don't think it's finished yet as it's still bubbling away in the airlock.
