This is up there with one of the best beers I've brewed although only my second time brewing it. I'm bumping up the volume to get 6 gallons as opposed to 5 but light on a few grams of stuff

This one is from Mitch Steele's book, 25mins into the mash.
I use the white plastic(electric) as a HLT, the rest is all gravity fed, fly sparge with a colander into the stainless steel and get the boil going on the gas
Not sure why the reciepe is converting to US as it's in kilos and grams on beersmith.

Anyway I use a 3 tier system
Electric for the BK
Plastic for Mash Tun
Gas for the boiler
Got 16L at 1100
14 hours later.....
It kept...
Anybody on here have any feedback on these? I see they ship to Ireland now but know they are sourced from China so wondering if anyone has any horror stories...
