Bottled my first brew, Coopers Australian Lager, last night. It appears to be ok and is palatable, even before bottling, so i am quietly confident I didn't make any drastic mistakes. All credit to Tony1951 for his sage advice, thanks Tony :) The challenge now is to leave the bottles alone...
