    Ritchie Belgian Dubbel

    Just started a Ritchie's Belgian Dubbel off. Starting gravity was 1.06, which if it goes down to 1.006 will be about 7%, as it says on the can. Should be 5 days before hops, and 5 days before kegging. Conditioning Ritchie's US Steam Drinking Young's American Mocha Porter
