I have a Coopers stout that I am going to split into four 5L bottles for secondary and add different flavours to each coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Can't decide what I wanted to do so thought why not try them all :)

I split a Coopers IPA because I wanted to try it with 2 different hops. Made it all up in one FV and transfered half to another FV. Then added a hop tea to each and half the kit yeast to each. Came out fine.

Hi, I just bought this for my wows as it should be cheaper than buying individual sachets. However, the box says use within a month of opening! Is this unusable after a month or so because I was hoping it would last a lot longer. I'm only making about 2 - 3 gallons per month.

Cheers guys, bottled it and wasn't as bad as it looked. I think most of the stuff floating in the beer was in the top inch or 2. As I syphoned it was pretty clear and looks fine in the bottles. Looking forward to trying it now in a few weeks. Thanks again for the advice.
