Thanks Ash, that might be the way to go then, silly question but the lime juice wont impact on the fermentation process will it?

Just brewed this and was thinking of hopping it before bottling, any suggestions as to which hops would be best.....looking for citrusy zing to it, any suggestions appreciated

Well 4 weeks in the bottle and like others have said it just gets better.....brewed with bag of tate n lyle, how simple can you get 👍

Well 3 weeks in and I'm very pleasantly surprised, add a bag of granulated sugar and its turned out lovely, first of the coopers kits I've tried and its an absolute bargain, just got their mexican cerveza kit which I'll do next but with a few extras I think.

Tried one at the weekend and it was like a lovely treacle! Be grand in a few weeks.

Just bottled this at the weekend, 2 weeks in the FV with a bag of granulated sugar, had a wee taster prior to bottling and was surprised how nice this tasted even at this point so will have a bottle at the weekend but intend leaving this a month or 2. if I can wait that long!

new here and only done a few kits, mainly Youngs & Festival, loved em all though the youngs IPA which was my first has been my fav so far, think it was the sheer surprise as to how good it tasted!

Hi guys, novice kit brewer here, done a few now and got the bug, woukld like to progress eventually and try something a little more challenging but for now loving the simplicity of the kits and looking for recommendations!
