    Nottingham pitching rate

    I believe it depends on how old the yeast is (2 years before expiry date stamped on the sachet for Notts, 3 years for Windsor according to an email I got from them) and how its been stored (in fridge versus room temp). Check a yeast calc for estimates eg mrmalty.com or your favourite brew software.
