Hi I am new to the homebrew stuff, I am have just finished a Wilkos Rose which turned out great, I have just started a Wilkos white followed all instructions, 1 day on I have got I light covering on the surface and some sediment at the bottom, but what looks like floating sediment/yeast in...- Micky
