I was planning to transfer this to keg today, today being 2 weeks, should I wait a few more days now as the fermenter is back indoors and now back up to 18c and rising slightly.

How can I be sure that secondary fermentation has taken place. I transferred a wherry into secondary on the 14th July. I added 100g brewing sugar first. When I took some out yesterday from tap on pv the beer was very heady and not very clear, does it sound ok? :-?

thanks will definetley be keeping it in the primary for this second week. I have seen people with setups with fridges and kegs. Is this to keep the beer cool ahead of drinking once all stages are complete. I think the coolest place I have will be the garage but that depends on the weather...
