    Coopers 86 Day Pilsner

Ok, ready to bottle this and after reading the instructions it suggests 8 grams of sugar per litre. This equates to 176 grams as I have 22 litres to bottle. Does this seem a little much? What would anyone recommend. Also can I use this to prime. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Coopers 86 Day Pilsner

I have it in a thoroughly cleaned and sanitised wine vessel with a screw top lid. It did cross my mind but have used this many times before with loads of bubbles thought the bubbler. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Coopers 86 Day Pilsner

Hi All, just set this kit away on Saturday afternoon, I used 1kg of Dried light malt extract and also added 200 grams of brewing sugar along with the kit yeast. As yet I am waiting to see any action in the FV, I whipped the lid off about 30 mins ago and can see foam on top but no bubbles yet...

First ever brew sugar help. Wilko Cerveza

I have made this kit. I left it to ferment out and bottled it after 2 weeks. I left it in my kitchen (approx 20 degrees) for 2 weeks, they were virtually clear at this point so I then have put the bottles into my garage. I put 2 bottles in the fridge at the same time and after 48 hours they have...

They are glass bottles ( some 600ml and 660ml cobra beer bottles). I guess that 14 days on the kitchen floor near the radiator is ok then after placing them In the garage would you say a further 14 days should be ok! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

First ever brew sugar help. Wilko Cerveza

Hi all. Sorry to hijack this thread, I started brewing this 16 days ago. I transferred from the FV to a brew bin and added 130 grams (was this enough)of sugar to it (dissolved in warm water) and gave it a good stir before bottling 21 litres and capping them. I have left them in my kitchen which...

    Beaverdale pinot Grigio

I have made this kit several times and after racking left it about 4 weeks before touching it and degassing it and it turned out lovely. If it's airtight then I would say you will have no worries at all. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have made plenty of wine so have decided to try beer/lager for a change. I have just bought my first beer/lager kit and have got it with some light spray malt and brewing sugar. My query is approx how long will it take to ferment before I can bottle it and would it come to any harm if I leave...
