    Ribena wine and rice and raisin

    Hello again... So, the blackberries went into the freezer until I have time to do it... In the meantime I had made the ribena wine...it is still fermenting after 25 days..1 bubble per 40 seconds..should I leave it longer or go onto the next step anyway? The rice and raisin I was great...

    Has anyone made blackberry and beetroot wine

    Hi, I've picked some blackberries but it's only 1 1/2 lbs. I was wondering if anyone knows how to make blackberry and beetroot wine as I have some in the garden? Thanks 😀
