Mix and Match.
I have just made a WOW wine (orange with WGJ) and have got half a teaspoon of yeast nutrient left. This is from Wilko. I have bought some Youngs nutrient for the next wine. Is it ok to mix half a teaspoon of Wilko's and half a teaspoon of Youngs yeast nutrient together ?- partist

WOW Apple wine
When I joined this forum Chippy welcomed me in and I saw recipes for orange and apple wine from supermarket juices. I have made both and in my opinion the apple is tastier (drinking apple at the mo):thumb:- partist

To clear or not to clear
A few weeks ago I decided to make 2 gals of apple wine using WOW method in two separate demijohns. It has fermented out and so I added stabiliser and finings (Kwik Clear). One gallon is perfectly clear but the other one is very cloudy. I used the same ingredients in both but this has got me...- partist
