Not really supposed to touch it for another 2 weeks (and 2 days...) but it's had the standard carb/condition period, so... Seem to have a bit of a carb failure, though there's enough to make it zizzle on the tongue. And tastes gorgeous! Rough calc has it at 8.8%

Like many others, I'm unable to locate any white grape juice at the moment. I'm planning on starting a banana wine tomorrow - what do we think about using purple grape juice instead? I don't really care about the final colour, personally, just whether it'll work.
