The brewing temperature for Woodfordes Wherry is given at 18-20C so I was just wondering will I be able to brew this when the temperatures start to rise?
What's the difference between LMEs such as Beerworks Liquid Malt Enhancer/Mangrove Jacks Pure Liquid Malt Extract 1.2kg which are both under a fiver and the more expensive LMEs such as Coopers/Muntons?
Can anyone recommend low IBU beer kits? Mr DizzyDazz has just informed me he doesn't like bitter beer, the problem is not many kits give you the bitterness units.

I have been given some 20+-year-old demijohns for wine storage the problem is that the current day bungs are too big.
Any ideas where I could get smaller bungs or what I could use instead?
