    Anyone use WLP005 often?

Used this yeast for the first time in a Bitter and got a strange outcome. Pale 87%, Crystal 12% and black 1% were the malts And I have got huge toffee caramel aroma? Same grain bill I have used before on S04 and nottingham, but never have I had such aroma. Is it a trait of the yeast??
