Impact of different yeast types on TC?
The couple of batches of TC I've made with SN9 (wine yeast) yeast haven't tasted of anything, and there has definitely no what i would call cider flavor at all. The brews have been dry and drinkable and dont get me wrong im very happy with the results, but its been more like wine to be fair...- Ph0n1k

Turbo Cider
Hello All. I've bottled my first batch and it was far too strong, 1.090 on the hydrometer. 4 litres of apple juice and about 1/3 kilo of sugar and a full sachet (8g) of SN9 yeast. It tastes more like wine, not at all cider y. I'm not disappointed and am encouraged by the fact it takes approx 3...- Ph0n1k
