hi .. my bro stoped a ribena wine way too early using ferm stopper ( it was his first ) he has left it with me is there anything i can do to restart it ?? was thinking boiling then yeast nutri and fresh yeast ?? will this work ?? cheers chris

Hi all just been given a bunch more wine and beer gear :D and among all the useful usual bits in 1 of the boxes there was a boots best bitter beer kit ... 15 years out of date ! which made me :) then was looking at the other bits there was a tub of wine tanin 17p, clearzyme 35p, yeast...

Hi again.. I was a novice but now after 70 bottles here r my tips for the best ways i have found Easy labels ...(seems to be the back labels on most bottles) just soak in hot soapy water .then scrape label off with a knife then clean off any left ova glue with a metal brillo pad ...easy :D...

yay now got a copy of first steps in winemaking on pdf too !!

Just a thought would any of the sodastream syurp's be any good 4 wine making ?? and how much would they make ??? any ideas ?

I know its proba newbie question..but i am and ya prob bored of answering it but y do we have to boil water when making / topping up wine?? (or is it ok to use filtered or bottled water instead ) :?:
