    Popped into a LHBS as I was passing on the way back from a job to the workshop and asked if they had any torrified wheat as I couldn't see any on display.... "No" came back the answer with the additional "Hold on, I'll just ask for you".... "Use Frosties"....(other cereals are available!!!)...
