    I'm looking to do a brewday tomorrow. I have 3kg of pilsner malt available, and MO (maybe some crystal) and a good selection of hops, i'm looking for any advice or suggestions on a pale, hoppy easy drinking summer ale.

    brewery visit - somerset

    hi, not sure if this is the right place for this or not, but here goes. im off to somerset on saturday, wells to be exact, and while there were looking to visit a brewery or possibly cider brewery. are there any in the area that are open and worth visiting? Thanks in advance!
