How much priming sugar should I use for 330ml Bottles?

Rob, now there's a calculator I like! Cheers for the help. Surprised I didn't come across this on my travels! DirtyCaner not a huge fan of that idea. I take it you've never had any of the bottles miss priming at all? Do you let it sit for a bit after a gentle stir? I'm not a huge fan, but I...

Hi guys spent a while on the site searching for a clear answer on this Most threads end up with everyone recommending bulk priming. This is unfortunately is not an option for me. Secondary FV or no secondary FV , that is the question !

Just wondering if this a good idea as you'll have to move it out of your shoe cupboard come bottling day which means you'll stir up some of the sediment. Or will the efficiency of the cold crash drop so much out of the wort that the inconvenience of a bit of sediment being stirred up in the move...

Dry Hopping a single FV (not using a secondary)

I'm about to dry hop but I'm a little unsure when the best time to do it is. I've only got the one FV, not using a secondary and I've heard that prolonged exposure of hops to yeast isn't such a great thing. It can make off flavours. As I'm going to leave my wort to stay in FV for another week...

Keeping my steep hot constant for an Hour

Hey Jonny. Thanks for the response. What you've done is exactly what I was thinking of doing. So it worked out quite well then? Minus the thermometer issue? Have you done any research in to finding one that would have worked out better for you? Interested in seeing what you've come across.

Keeping my steep hot constant for an Hour

Hopefully an easy one to answer guys. Just about to do my first Extract brew and my recipe calls for me to steep my grains for an hour at 60C in 4L of water. My question is, what's the easiest way for me to pull this off with out the temperature dropping over the hour? Also I'm looking to buy...

Where abouts in SA are you living Lee? You in Adelaide? I moved to the UK five years ago from North East Suberbs of Adelaide. The beer maybe tastless but you're in good hands with weather and parking! It's also the home of Coopers and penfolds wine. So it's not all bad. Oh and I almost forgot...
