    The start of my brew shed

    hi all not much to show but hope to be posting a few pics. At the mo just a shed but going to insulate it. Get electric into the shed and all being good will able to take the brewing stuff out of the kitchen and into the shed. so any ideas greatly welcome as long as there are cheap lol :grin...

    Lidl peach nectar

    Dam just got some of this stuff from lidl. Should have looked on here first. I think i will now buy some more different jucies and split the peach between them to reduce that sediment problem :hmm:

    how funny would that be 3 kids drunk lol Fiery Ginger Beer 1kg Fresh grated ginger 5tsp Dried ground ginger 1tsp Cream of tartar 2 lemons 2 limes 2.5kg Sugar 2tsp Yeast nutrient 1 sachet champagne yeast got this one off this forum what i could do with is the non-alcaholic one for the smaller...

    Going to be making a gallon of ginger beer for kids no alcahol and a bigger alcaholic batch for me. any ideas :cheers:

    flat lager

    hi all only my second post have done a lager and primed the bottles before putting the brew in them. Left them for 2 weeks and tryed one last night and found it still flat. bottles used were 2litres with 2 tea spoons of sugar in each. is there any way to save the drink ??? :(
