    T type thermocouple probe - cheap anyone?

    A t type thermocouple is more accurate around room temp to 100 degrees than any other thermocouple- that's why I use them in my building sensors research. What exactly is it that you want?? A t type thermocouple is only a few quid but you need something to read the output.

    Cooper's Australian Pale Ale

    Did you batch prime this ale or did you add primer individually to each bottle? I'm going to guess that you batch primed it from your photos... How much priming sugar did you use for your batch?? Did you make a full 25 litres? It does look impressively good in that glass with a good head...

    I'm interested to here from people who have brewed this beer using the yeast provided in the kit... At what temperature did you ferment at? Is it a true larger yeast which needs 12-14 degrees or does it use a ale yeast which can be done at 18-22?? Also darrellm did you carbonate in the bottle...
