5 x Corny kegs for sale!

Hi I have 5 corny kegs for sale, based in leicester. Ideally i would like them gone as a job lot collected but could potentially quote for postage. Been out of it a while so i need to trawl ebay for the prices these go for unless someone makes me a sensible offer! Muchos gracias! Met.

    A simple really light beer.

Oooof that looks fantastic! Its casked now so im leaving it a week then it'll be good to go through the hand pull. If any of my mates want to try it I may hand pull some in a bottle to be consumed within a day or 2, but other than that its going to be on for 3 days.

    A simple really light beer.

Just checked the FG after 2 weeks in the primary and its down to about 1008! (The 1010 line was definitely below the beer line). At worst case this is going to be a 5.5% beer! :D

1052-1054 t 15.5C. Lets see if it warms up and what it comes down to. Should be 1013ish. I wont have a chance to look at it until the 1st so ill just give it 8 days to do what it likes and ill measure the FG, cask it straight away most likely.

I do, the first few brews I did at 75% efficiency all came out low, so I have adjusted my brew to 65% efficiency and work from there.

    Bikers be safe!!

Thats pretty much it, always have the camera in case of this. When you tell people you have been in a crash and you were on a motorbike they instantly assume you were speeding or driving dangerously.

    Bikers be safe!!

She did get out to see if I was OK. She was very worried and even called me yesterday to see how I was doing. She admitted full liability to the plod and its all on video. I like to think im a sensible rider especially within towns, this just couldn't be helped. New motorcycles have to have...

    Bikers be safe!!

Wooooooohooooooo. Yes thats right, riding through a 30 limit a 1/4mile from home and some lady decided to do a U turn and swipe me straight up. Im OK apart from bruised hip and dented pride. Motorcycle is pretty mashed with a scratched frame and lots of broken plastics. Photos and video...

    Cold weather brewing.

I fancy doing a brew on sunday, only issue is fermentation is a no-no in the house! I guess my only question is will it be ok if I use a water bath in the garage to keep heat for fermentation? I have 2 fish tank heaters, one 50w and the other 25w. Think that'll be enough for over night?

Large dead space in my boiler

What type of hop stopper do you use? Tipping the boiler although getting more out still leaves a fair amount in mine. would it be possible to tip the boiler all the way over and use a siv to filter the rest of the beer?
