How much does LME improve the overall quality in comparison to say muntons brew enhancer? Im thinking of doing a Betterbrew Ipa at around 6% possibly with 1.5kg of lme and 500g brewing sugar or 1kg of muntons enhancer and 500g of spraymalt. Any ideas which would be best? Most likely will hop...
