    Thanks Peebee, makes a lot of sense This recipe came from Clone brews by Tess and Mark Szamatulski, I had planed on my next brew being another one of theirs Thomas Hardy's Ale requiring three yeast pitchings!!     Brew length

    Hi All Can any one tell me, if I have a recipe with a boil length of 90 mins but I want to reduce it to 60 mins what percentage do I need to increase my hops weight by to attain the IBU.

    Boil times

    Hi All Just a quick question.. relatively new to all this brewing thing but just got in to Extract brewing and I'm reading conflicting recommendations on the boil times is it 60 mins or 90 mins? Bear with me lots more questions to come.
