Both have their place. There’s only me and the wife so a pork fillet is the perfect amount for a meal for us. 2/3 for me obviously.

I do this but use a pork fillet. Only takes 15 minutes to cook on the hottest your oven will go.

Might have left it a bit late mind.

I shall be making a staff curry and a chana dhal later.

I got a Pinter 1 and co Pinter for £40 from eBay last month. Got 3 kits on order to try. Can’t brew at the minute as moved house recently and the garage is chocka. May end up using them for small batch brewing if the kits are rubbish.

Wind is ridiculous up here in Northumberland. People are having sheds blown onto the roads. I had to go out and investigate a noise earlier, one of the wheelie bins had tried to put itself out. Bit of a lull at the moment but will be getting worse again no doubt.

Ashley Gases in Ryhope are normally reasonable. I’ll be needing a refill in a couple of months so hopefully all this will have calmed down by then!
