Hi guys, i'm wanting to try to make a chocolate wafer imperial stout but having never made an imperial stout before wanted a second opinion on the recipe. I had intended to do a 30min boil but am thinking 60min may be better. My planned recipe is attached. any comments are welcomed, cheers
