    I topped my TC up with cooled boiled water and now the bubbling has stopped almost completely. I mean one bubble every one and a half minutes... Should I siphon into a secondary with some sugar now? Then bottle it? And do you bottle it straight after the sugar has dissolved into the cider?

    I've topped it up with Apple Juice but I need to allow the sugars to ferment out and then top up with water when the process has ended. That way I can bottle it in about 2 weeks.

    Popped the apple J in it and it's bubbling more frequently now. I assume it's the sugar and the yeast reacting again. Should I wait a couple more days before topping up with the cooled boiled water?
