Hello people, I used to mash years ago and liked to grab the yeast from a good bottle conditioned beer. Does anyone know of a bottle conditioned beer, and which supermarket I can buy it from? I have got all the big supermarkets to choose from if you know of one.

Hi People. Back in the day, I was a beta tester for promash when Geofrey first wrote it. However, I can't write to him and ask for a copy because I now run a MAC computer. Do any of you know if there's mashing software like promash for the MAC?
