    How much sugar for SG 1.1 on WOW?

    Just finished this kit - bottled it yesterday. Added too much water by accident so had to make up for it with extra sugar and grape juice added, so not quite the straight kit... alcohol is a bit higher than planned... Still a very pleaseant drink and one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend...

    Vaseline on Drum Taps

    Sorry to be asking such a silly question but I'm totally clueless about things like this. I bought a 25ltr wine FV with a tap so I could bottle more easily.     Help - put 4l too much water in 21l kit !!! - what to do??

    Just putting together a 21l Cellar 7 Cab Sauv and filled up to 25 litres by accident (don't ask me how!). Any ideas how to fix it? I haven't put the yeast in yet. Just thinking perhaps I should get a second kit, fill to 17 litres (4 ltr short) and then transfer 4l from my 25l FV? Any ideas...
