Just that really. Looked in on my bucket o beer today (Chairmans European Lager, day 14) and there is a whitle film on the top. Kind of a dry skin? Tastes ok, smells ok and it is almost clear. Any help anybody?

Could anybody give me any ideas how to do this? I have a beer kit to do on sunday and i would like to add some extra hoppy goodness, but i forgot to ask the man in LHBS of the particulars. I have brewing sugar to add, but is there any other additions i should try?

I have just bought a sodastream on fleabay and i was hoping to use it for carbonating wine, on a glass by glass basis. Has anybody had any experience doing this, or am i gonna end up ruining my beautiful wine?
