    help with recipe for superbock

    hi,im hoping to brew something as near to portugese superbock as possible.the best ive got sofar is 10 lbs maris oter 2 lb munich malt 2 1/4 crystal malt 4 oz chock malt 2 oz tettnanger hops 2206 bavarian lager yeast can anyone improve on this thanks in anticipation

    yeast how long will it keep in slurry

    hi ,any chance that some slurry left over from a brew done 2 weeks ago would be ok to use on saturday to make another brew it smells ok,despite being left out overnite covered up,

    rotten egg smell

    hi there hoping for some advice, sunday i brewed a dunkel,and for the first time i used liquid yeast 2206 which i started last week then split it and made a starter again buit today the smell is just like rotten eggs,is that normal or naff,any advice will be appreciated

    bad taste

    hi there ,looking for help please, the last 2 brews ( AG ) have had a taste like germolene ive think ive done eveything like using antibac cleaner an boiling water to steralise all my equipment, but get this back ground taste ,, a lot of waste after 8-9 hours work, :(

    pin-lock conectors

    please does anyone know where to get the pin-lock connectors for the cornie keg ive just recieved as a pressent, ive got other ones with the disconects but these obviously dont fit ;)
