I noticed that - the Highlands... or Devon

2 main reasons i guess: I got a bit frustrated, by the lack of consistency i could achieve with my brews, and one too many leaky taps. But mainly, I just need the time for other things atm.

*chuckle* Sorry to exclude so many, through not 'posting' my wares... Perhaps there's money-making opportunity here: Buy a van & trundle around the country uniting eager (but tipsy) brewers with unwanted brew kit!

This is a tasty, reliable brew which I'll be buying again. It's definitely the most flavoursome of the 4 brews I have done (see also my Milestone Olde Home Wrecker and Muntons Best). Has a light aroma and a notably fruity bitterness. My wife bought this for me - part of a home brewing starter...

Well, leaking barrel put a halt to this one. But will definitely try again. However, needs at least 2 months to mature, I'd say (& more knowledgeable mate agrees) to reach its true potential... Start in early Feb, when sewing your tomatoes, for a decent summer crop :s :cheers: DJA
