    I would say deffinately warm! I have had cider take as long as 4 months to carb up but some in as little as 2 weeks, just be patient and should be ok. I personally prefer to prime each bottle rather than the whole batch and this works well for me.

    Sorry its taken so long to reply but NO i did not boil or do anything to thevridena to remove the potassium sorbate and had no issues what so ever! I read after making the brew about the issues related to preservative but i think the amount present in the recipe in comparison to the apple juice...

    I have also found this with a TC that i did with morries AJ 4L and 500ml of strawberry ribena with some sugar.
