Hi all i am brewing an all grain raspberry wheat tomorrow the recipe says to add the raspberries after 2 days my question is how would you go about sterilizing the fruit so i dont contaminate my wort as i wont be able to heat them up as they will turn to mush as you know many thanks paul :D
