    Keg beer line length larger

    My first AG lager will be force carbonated soon. I heard lager especially can be problematic if it comes through to short a line, 5 feet minimum I heard. I have one but its only 2 foot. Should I order a new serving line now or try it out?

    Beer wort too much sugar

    For 23 litres: 5kg pale malt 200g Caramalt 200g Wheat 450g Golden Syrup (could'nt resist :doh: ) Just brewed this up but my gravity with temperature correction is reading 1.054 which might put my bitter to 8%!? But I hear only 75% of beer sugar turns to alcohol? So am I safe here or this...
