    Blandford Flyer

Yep just a background note, gonna go easy on the ginger, was just wondering if adding to the boil would be more potent than doing a sort of dry hop

    Blandford Flyer

Hi guys, having been inspired by Badger's Blandford Flyer, I intend to do a version of all grain that has a slight "ginger" taste. Using fresh ginger could anyone out there give me an idea as to when the best time would be to add the ginger. Cheers all :thumb:

    Recipe Help Please

Thanks, i'm not that bothered about exact amounts ie 10 ltrs bottled or fermenting as its my first crack at all grain, I have a 16 ltr s/s pot that ive fitted a kettle element to and i control it with a regulator, works great. so i think i'll be ok for a full 10 ltr bottled amount.
