Yesterday i started my first Cyser. 20 litres of TESCO 16p Apple Juice. 8 jars of Honey. Oak Chips. 500g of Sultanas. Fingers crossed for something interesting.

Now that i have 50 litres of TESCOs 16p Apple Juice in the Shed i was thinking off doing a batch similar to a recipe i saw for Apfelwein. 23 litres of Apple Juice with a kilo of Brown Sugar or the equivalent in Honey, fermented on a pack of Oak Chips, maybe with some spices thrown in too...

I saw a post mentioning this but can't remember where. It's 16p a Litre drove from Droitwich to Worcester and bought 40 litres. Dated till September.
