Play football, watch football (Macclesfield Town), playing Guitar and home music production all fill up the space in-between brewing.

That is a Clearview Pioneer 400, a great little stove and the second one I’ve purchased (there was a tear in my eye leaving it in my old house)

Cheers. Can't quite afford to get one put in now, but high on the list of things we want to do.

That looks like a lovely stove, comes with a price tag to match . Not sure if 5 kw would be enough, our last stove was an 11kw aarow I bought 2nd hand from a pub. Was bit too much for the room. Is there a calculator somewhere (I'll have a google)

I used to do lots of things. Most of that has given way to being Dad.....

Ha, ha, this sounds just like me! My eldest is just seven so we're starting to able to do things together, camping, hiking, geocaching. I've got a Canadian canoe which we don't get out as often as I'd like but still use now and again also cycling. I love the outdoors but limited options when we lived in London, now moved to Devon and pretty much everything is outdoors, so love that bit of it.

Spent ten years learning to be a sh!te guitarist, also like the usual reading, spending too long on forums that sort of thing....

I make knives for bush crafting and also hunting, make lots of antler products (as I am a deer stalker too) and also make cufflinks. I sometimes go fishing but I had to cut down as I don't have enough time in the damn day now!! Hence why I am on here in the early hours ))

Clear view are superb...does exactly as the name says. I have fitted three other makes in my house, Dunsley Heat, Villager and Stovax.....all soot up and eat fuel compared to a clearview. Great choice !!

Along with motorbikes, heavy metal, curry and porn, I've recently developed a penchant for sleeping. A much maligned pastime, I feel.

Perfect night in.

Lucid dreaming....is that when you can control what happens in the dream...?
Just looked it up....I've always been able to do that....

Lucid dreams are ok until you realise that you are still dreaming but waking up comes with consequences so do you carry on sleeping or try to wake up. Once I had a dream that I was awake, then I woke up to find myself asleep

I’m a bit of a wood freak, this is the second house I’ve put a stove in.

Wood freak to the next level mate:whistle:

First one is the wood stove, the next two are our biomass system, burns logs, heats the whole house and hot water....full time hobby cutting and splitting for that monster

That second photo looks like something you could dispose bodies with

Anyway... my hobbies include riding my bike (Hayabusa), swimming , walking and recently got back into home brewing after something like a 20 years break. This forum has opened up a whole new world of home brewing compared to what it was before. :thumb:

I'm afraid beer is the only one. I was a gym freak at one point but realised they're was more multivitamins in beer than maximuscle products. And a lot cheaper too.

Ouch!

Last night I watched a BBC4 programme about the start of Rock & Roll and spent a good few minutes of the programme Googling the old stars; and discovered (much to my amazement) that the following are all still alive!

Chuck Berry (My Dingaling.)
Jerry Lee Lewis (Great Balls of Fire)
Don Everly (All I have to do is Dream [with his brother])
Little Richard (Good Golly Miss Molly)
Pat Boone (Love Letters in the Sand)

The last one was probably the most amazing to me! Then I discovered that, despite him being so "old" when I was a youngster (remember April Moon?), he is a mere nine years older than I am.

I think I'll nip out and get another beer! :thumb: :thumb:
