Evening all... Just took delivery of my first kit containing grape skins, two bags of oak chips (different types) , and 12 litres if juice - has anyone done this one?

Reviews seem amazing, and at 60 quid I guess we are moving into proper mid-range kits so it's gonner be decent..

N.B. It's purely an experiment, my next order will be Beaverdale Pinot Noir, my 'by a mile' favorite thus far.

1 month in the bottle, sampling one now. Had intended waiting 3 months, but my partner in crime @richytrue says its good already. This is a world apart from anything I've made thus far.
I've got a CC Malbec bubbling away, but next kit will be another of these. For 70 pence a bottle more, it's a no brainer.

Not normally a wine brewer but have been given a bottle of red from a kit a friend made, simple question. It's been in the bottle about 4 days, drink it or does it need to condition like beer?
