Default Can i rescue a vile stout?

Ive made a couple of kit beers but my old man bought me back a stout for a change.

I opened the tin did the dilute and then realised he hadnt bought me the fermentables. Well it was too late to do anything as we live on an island so i just threw in sugar as I had for the beers and its foul.

Can i do anything to save it? Ive drawn a couple of pints off to make raisin and stout wine which smells amazing but any ideas for the rest?

Well that matured and was not amazing but it was passable. At my last visit to the shop i saw his malt packets so wont be making that mistake again.
