Hello, my name is Romunda,. I live in northeastern Maine , in the united states. I've been brewing my own wine fore a few years now, mostly apple an blueberry as I have an apple tree literally within reach of my back door an trade apples for blueberries and some rosehip. I read in the first post I saw the abbreviation TC , what does that stand for

Welcome
TC stands for "Turbo Cider"...typically made with bottled juice
