Weather been poor but softer 9weeks in a bottle the coopers pale ale is OMG bloody tasty
 
I must admit I keep dipping into my reserve stock that I planned for the summer. I generally brew 40pints and put between 6and 8 bottles away. Still at least it won't go out of date
