It all depends on what flavours you are after.
You can't go wrong with Challenger that's what I always say. Ask anyone who knows me they'll tell you I'm always saying it.

Cascade is one of a number of American type hops which is often used to raise the hop profile in a kit (I often use it) , and two of my favourite 'English' hops are First Gold and East Kent Goldings.
