Hi all,
Having read a number of posts and comments, I have decided to go for St Peter's IPA for my next batch. I have been following James Morton's guide/instructions for my first 4 batches and they have been pretty successful.
Does anyone have any recommendations for the best yeast to use with the St Peter's IPA?
Thanks
Murray

Crossmyloof us pale ale yeast is my new fave. I did that kit twice and was very drinkable but never really clear. The yeast that comes with it is fine but it's only 5g. US05 would be a good choice as well. If you want liquid yeast wyeast 1056 is good.

Thanks for that. I have used US05 before and it did the job so have just gone ahead and ordered that.

Looking forward to trying an IPA.
