Helllo all,
the whole idea was to try wine, I think ive defo sorted that out:mrgreen:
Our lass like Red especially Merlot, so thinking at average £5.50 a bottle shell save a bit.
need to get some sugar, but in the mean time I best scrutinise the destruction or it'll be 'A BRIAN' (simple mistakes)

I prefer making kits to juice wines as its simple and quick to make especially if they say add 4Kg of sugar, no weighing sugar, one container of juice and a few sachets of chemical, the only thing i dont like is the price compared to a juice wine.

yeah! your right about the price.
the few reds ive done were a bit weak with alcohol...lol.
so the Merlot should be about 12.47%......but I'm not counting on it:grin:
ive noticed got get over start SG 85-90+ to get a higher alcohol level....but its not all about alcohol....honest!!!
